Policy on children staying with parents:
Bay cots are available and free of charge. Children in the age of 4 - 12 years can stay for a charge of 10 EUR per night. For children from 13 years of age, the accommodation prices is 15 EUR per night.

Cancellation Policy:
- For individual travellers with bookings of less than 4 guest rooms, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival.
- Cancelling the booking with less-than-24-hour notice will result in a charge equivalent to the first night of your booking.
- Group bookings can be cancelled 21 day prior the scheduled arrival and be free of charge. If the booking is cancelled 20 - 15 days before arrival, a penalty of the 50 % price of the first night of your booking will be charged.
- For Cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival, a penalty of 100% of your booking will be charged.
