Olegs Nikadimovs - Best Hotel's manager
Friendly Best Hotel team is always ready to provide great individual service to each of their guests! When you choose this hotel, you are choosing the cosiness, comfort, cleanness and staff that pay detailed attention to the individual needs of each particular guest - a quality you don't always see at big name hotels. The biggest reward they desire to get is seeing happy smiles on their guests' faces!
Think and act responsibly! They do their best to show their guests the real side of Riga - more common to Rigans!
How do they encourage their guests to act as responsibly as they do?
Their hotel implements towel/linen re-use programs and they do not replace amenities unless empty. Also they are trying to raise green awareness in their staff, which leads to higher level of motivation to minimize negative impacts on the surrounding ecosystems - namely, to reuse printed copy papers if printed only on one side, to consider if a printed copy of the document is required or it is just enough to keep it in the computer, to provide local area's information instead of needlessly giving paper maps to guests, and to use email communication instead of faxing documents.
All of the company printer cartridges are eco-friendly refilled and are not needlessly disposed after they are empty. All their outgoing email messages contain a short reminder to recipient to consider the environment before printing them.
They are happy to show travellers the more local side of Riga!
The hotel is located in a quiet and green area of Riga about 4 km from the city centre and that helps them to show travellers the other side of the city - much more regular and common to Rigans. This is the area where one can find the pleasant and a bit romantic mood of Riga District called Pardaugava.
Moreover the hotel's café is preferably using local foods and products as much as possible.
Doing all this, they are encouraging guests to travel responsibly and care about the destination they visit!
