We have a re-usable towel policy in all the rooms. We also save on printing paper by printing on both sides instead of one. The hotel is also situated in a historical area of Riga, which is right outside the city centre.

Presently we are focussed on the promotion of Maskavas Forstate. This is a developing area in the city, which has been classified as historically significant. We are attempting to raise awareness of and promote interest in this area, in order to ensure that it is adequately developed.
